All our instruments are supplied with 3 year’s warranty. If your instrument develops a fault due to manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will quickly repair or replace the item for you, and if we are unable to do this we will offer you a refund. Cases, rotary bumpers, valve felts, string linkage and problems related to improper routine maintenance are not covered by warranty. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged during transit to you, please inform us as soon as possible and we will work with you to replace or repair the item for you free of charge.
You can purchase from Wessex Tubas with complete confidence and peace of mind. Once your instrument is delivered, you have 14 days to decide that you definitely want to keep it. If you decide an item is not suitable for any reason, please contact us to arrange return shipping for either a replacement or full refund, excluding return shipping charges.
If you return anything you must ensure that the goods are properly packaged and sent with our courier. On your request you will receive a return label from Wessex. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care to ensure that the returned item reaches us undamaged and in 'as-received' condition. We suggest you take photographs of the instrument prior to return shipping to document the pristine condition or any minor damages that will be assessed and reconciled when your refund is processed.
Return shipping charges will be reconciled with your refund at the cost charged by the courier to Wessex, including any discounts Wessex receives.
We do not charge any restocking fee for return of goods. We want you fully satisfied!
We strive to deliver your goods within one week if you have ordered an in-stock item. If the item you have ordered is for a future delivery date, as indicated in your ordered item description, you can expect that the item will be shipped to you after it has been received at our warehouse and quality inspected. You will receive a shipping notification once your item is shipped.
Wessex works hard to ensure our online order process runs smoothly, but occasionally an error, or unexpected damage to an item at the warehouse might mean an item you order is unavailable to ship. In such an instance you will be notified as soon as possible of the error or issue and offered a full refund or backorder status for a future expected delivery date.
Please reach out by email or by phone if your order has not shipped within the expected time frame. Our team is happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have.
Your order will be shipped by Wessex as "signature required" at delivery. The courier may contact you to offer you delivery without signature. Please note that Wessex will not be liable for any losses should you choose to accept your delivery without signature.
The courier will email and/or text shipping updates to the address/telephone number you supplied when you placed your order. If your goods are not delivered to you within the expected delivery window please contact the local depot of the courier with your tracking number to determine the status of your shipment.
After taking this step, if you believe your order is lost, please contact Wessex to report the lack of delivery as soon as possible. We cannot accept responsibility for the lost goods if you do not notify us in a timely manner.
